Technical Support - Uninstall Online Software
If you ever need to re-install the RYA Online software, you will need to un-install it first them re-install using the RYA Online software which you can download from here.
You can find full instructions on how to un-install the RYA Online software below.
Note: you will need your Windows 95/98/2000/XP CD to proceed.
How to un-install the RYA Online Software:
- Go to your Start Menu, click on Settings and open Control Panel.
- Double click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.
- Highlight the entry Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Internet Tools.
- Then click on the Add/Remove button.
- When prompted for an option, choose Restore the previous windows configuration.
The RYA Online software will then un-install from your system and restore the previous version of Internet Explorer with the settings you had before you installed the RYA Online software.
